Blaine's Bubble Warp Effect presents a couple of new effects for the Vista version of Movie Maker. This custom "Bubble Warp" effect is rather simple, but looks well when applied to your pictures. The installer will put the necessary files into, C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared.
